Returns & Exchanges
We know you'll love your modern retro purchase. But we also know that sometimes things don't always work out. No problem, darling!
You have 30 days after your purchase has been delivered to decide if the purchase will live up to your pin-up/swing dancing/rockabilly look. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received
- In the original packaging (or tags must still be attached)
The item must be able to be resold as new. That means no:
- Odors (perfume/animal/smoke)
- Wear and tear
Please note that any hosiery that has been opened, jewelry and hair accessories are not eligible for return.
If we can't sell it again, we can't take it back!
How to Return your Item:
Bundle your item to be returned with a proof of purchase and mark which things you are returning and the reasons why. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order number
- Item name or description
- Reason for return
Once you have all the necessary items ready to be sent back, please send the items to:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Blind Tiger Boutique will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and, after inspection, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in a few business days.
Clearance items and sale items
Any sale items returned will be refunded at the sale price. Clearance items are sold as is, and all clearance sales are final. That means you're outta luck, daddio!
Our Unique Vintage collections are sold as is, and all sales are final! Sorry cool cat!
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know. Please email FIRST to make sure we have your item in stock before sending the item back to us. We will send instructions on how to complete the exchange and timelines for it (in case the item is out of stock).
